My dog doesn't like cameras

why doesn't my dog like cameras. she always turns away whenever i tried to take a photo. its as if she knows what it is.

anyone else have this problem.

anyway here she is. we called her milo, as in the dog from "the mask". She's about 6 years old now, and is tiny.

Camera shy nigs.

Ever try the following:
-taking pictures while she was asleep
-calling her name for attention and taking a picture
-holding food in your hand so she looks up

the dog has no idea what a camera is. dogs just move around a lot.
you can make high pitched noises etc but it tqkes a lot of work to "pose" a dog.
best thing is to get a camera with a fast shutter speed.

if your camera has the anti-red eye feature on, expect to be avoided - it hurts their eyes.

otherwise, your dog just has a sean penn attitude towards the lens

My best friend's dog is like that.. he turns away and kinda looks like he's sad, or like he's done something wrong.
Sometimes he just looks really stupid is photos, which certainly doesn't fit his personality.. he is the happiest and sweetest dog I've ever met.. he's just so glad to see everyone!
