I think that's taking what I said a little out of context.

It's a a shitload easier, faster and more convenient to click favourites - redtube.com than it is to; find a person who chips xboxs, paying for that service whilst voiding your warranty so it may never be repaired, possibly banned from xbox live, find a decent torrent link with enough seeds, spend several hours possibly a day downloading it, finding out the fucking torrent is a fake/corrupt, repeating above process until success and then displaying your shiny silver CD with a scribbled game title on it next to your sexy machine.

Microsoft have made it as difficult as possible to use pirate games on their system whilst making it as easy as possible to use games for paying customers - and rightly so.

I can easily see how MS makes money from xbox games, just confused as to the business models businesses use in the porn industry.

I love porn but if I'm going to be spending money I want it to be me that's getting laid. Paying someone else to have sex on my behalf makes absolutely no sense to me and I'm amazed all those generic American gonzo producers make any money.

That said, while finding 'some porn' to jack off to for free is dead easy, finding a specific video can often be a real pain, and there've been things I've searched for in the past that I've thought to myself I'd be happy to give someone a few bob to save me the trouble. But then I get distracted by something else and forget about it.

Some bukkake sites offer paying members the opportunity to go jizz on the girls themselves if they feel so inclined. I imagine a lot of guys who are into bukkake vids would jump at that kind of offer, go along to one shoot and find it's all just a bit grim, and stick to watching the vids - but they've already paid.

The webcam interaction thing does sound more promising, assuming there are enough guys who are truly voyeurs and don't mind not actually getting their dick wet. I've considered forking out for camwhores before but all the good stuff seems to happen while I'm asleep because I'm in a different timezone to the models.

That was my point,Lucius made it look like porn does not sell anymore,if it were so,they would've closed doors already.The Internet boom surely affects producers,but it's not as dramatic as it may seem.Usually the companies affected are the huge ones that can easily afford it... DP,Vivid,Hustler,NS,BB,RK don't give much of a fuck and their vids are usually the same garbage.

Sex will always sell,there will always be porn and producing companies to capitalize on that need.

Adult Friend Finder and all their other various programs USED to be a great way to make money off a site, but the fucking recession has hit the online biz pretty hard and now the income I get from that has really slowed down to a trickle. I'm pretty sure it is the same all the way around...probably why Stile sold off many of the other parts of stilenet.

The gold rush is temporarily over but there is a cycle to it.
