OK so how do they do it? Most of the time they aren't sticking there fingers down their throut or anything to tickle their gag reflex, it looks like the vomit is just pouring out.

So how do they do that? Chemicals or something? Is that what happens when you take ipecac syrup or whatever it's called?

They might be taking ipecac before the shooting, but it will have to be taken just before the scene. Ipecac makes you vomit iuncontrollably by stimulating the part of the brain that controls that action.

Lukewarm saltwater does the trick for 90% of people - whenever you need to puke and are for some reason not able to start the strut, down half a liter lukewarm saltwater as quick as you can. It immediately sets of a burning sensation in the stomach, followed by almost involuntarily convulsions.
