Heh, this kind of amused me because of how Microsoft integrated IE into the Windows Explorer shell, effectively making the Windows UI a web browser as early as IE4+Win95.
And Konqueror has been doing this in Linux distros, too.
So seeing Google's Chrome browser as the "OS" is actually more of the same, just repackaged to look like a browser instead of nested folders.
